Villa Bali Holidays is a villa rental company in Bali by offering you an affordable villa for holiday. This company is a member of Puri Asia – Magical Villa Escapes which provides the luxury collection of high-end villas in some of Asia’s most exotic destinations such as Bali, Lombok, Phuket, Srilanka, and Maldives.
Terms and Conditions for Booking a Bali Villa is very different from booking a regular hotel room, especially with regard to payments and cancellations. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
OCCUPANCY
The numbers of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. Additional guests must be approved by management. The property management reserves the right to refuse any booking, which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned.

PAYMENTS
All rates are quoted in IDR and subject to change without prior notice. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within three (3) business days of the booking confirmation and issuance of proforma- invoice and balance payment must be received by the latest 30 days prior arrival date. Otherwise booking will be canceled.
- Wire Transfer. International telegraphic transfer to our corporate bank account normally takes about three days. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees. If you choose to settle your payment by bank transfer, make sure that you allocate sufficient time before the due date.
- Online Payment with Credit Card by Visa or Master. Online payment is the simplest and quickest way to settle your bill. Payment by credit card will be subject to 2.5% of credit card processing surcharge and will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Reservation and payment process protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, which provides full security and liberty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the start of the rental period.
- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made 60 days to 89 days before the start of the rental period.
- 100% of the money paid will be forfeited by the client if the cancellation is made between 0 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
If the guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, a written notice of cancellation must be sent to the info@villabaliholidays.com All cancellation notices received by the Villa Bali Holidays will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the guest and all members of the guest’s party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
AMENDMENT
Amendment to booking period can only be accepted upon availability of the villa. If your new period falls in a different season where higher price is applicable, you will have to pay the additional cost accordingly. If your new period falls in a different season where rental price is lower, no refund will be paid. If your new period is longer than your initial period, you will have to pay the additional cost. If your new period is shorter than your initial period, no refund will be paid. In any cases a IDR 500,000 administration fee is applicable and the new period will only be confirmed as soon as all payments related to the change are completed.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions
where the number of people in attendance exceeds capacity of the villa. Functions or events are permitted at additional cost and Banjar fee (local community guard) may apply. Please contact our team for more information.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES
A signed damage waiver and guest credit card information will be required upon check-in. The guest is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The guest further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The villa reserves the right to repossess the property if the guest or a member of the guest’s party has caused excessive damage.
FORCE MAJEURE
Villa Bali Holidays does not accept liability in any circumstances where performance and/or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented as a result of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, industrial disputes, fire, nuclear explosion or adverse weather conditions.
PASSPORTS AND VISA
Customers from approved countries must be in possession of a passport, which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and the completed embarkation / disembarkation card they received from their airline. The Customer and accompanying guests are responsible for arranging their own visas.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that guests take out a comprehensive insurance policy to protect all guests against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend health insurance that covers medical evacuation for emergencies. Villa Bali Holidays is not responsible for guest property loss or damage.
PERSONAL HEALTH
Please tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition or infirmity of any member of your party that might be relevant to your holiday. We have contacts with medical facilities and companies abroad who can offer services that may assist and make your trip even more comfortable.
ACCESS
The property and its facilities are available for the guests full enjoyment during the rental period. However the management or other staff and contractors may need access to the property from time to time (e.g. for maintenance purposes to the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities and services, or for the purposes of providing additional services requested by the guest, etc.). The guest is required to give them reasonable access to the property for these purposes.
VALUABLES AND SECURITY
Valuables or personal property left at the property are at the guest’s own risk. Valuables and/or personal property should be stored in the safety box provided in each room. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ valuables or personal property.
CONDUCT AND DUE CARE
The property is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The guest is asked to respect this, and ensure that all guests and visitors to the property behave appropriately. Illegal or immoral activities including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. Guests should smoke outside, to avoid fire hazard and damage to furniture.
The guest is responsible for the behaviour of the guests staying at the property, as well as visitors to the property during the rental period. Should any guest(s) or visitor(s) not behave in a suitable manner, (including but not limited to treating the property and its staff with respect), the property management may, in their absolute discretion, require the guest, their party and/or visitor(s) to leave the premises and/or vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund.
In the interests of safety, due care should be taken at the property at all times, especially with children. suitable supervision should be given around pools, beaches and roads, and when using all property’s facilities.
DISCLAIMER
Villa Bali Holidays do not accept any responsibility or liability for: any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the guest, their party or visitors regardless of the cause; the personal belongings, vehicles, and their contents of the guests or their invitees during the rental period of the property. inability of the guest or any member of the guest’s party to enter the location of the property or stay at the property for all or part of the rental period as a result of failure to obtain appropriate travel or visa documentation, cancellation or amendments to travel arrangements or the missing of flights or travel connections; and/or any delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, strike, demonstration, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or any technical, structural, electrical, plumbing or other problems or difficulties with the property which make it unsafe or unusable, or any other circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God, or other events beyond the owner’s control.
